POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for assisting the Directors with the control and reporting of all ongoing projects and forecasting for future projects. Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for current projects and potential project opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding of the ongoing projects and the most updated financial status of all the projects, to add the maximum value to the organisation.
  • Manage actuals versus budget costs to allow the project teams to attain targets.
  • Updating theproject management system with financials to enhance/develop improved project tracking capabilities for finances.
  • Develop methodologies and execute processes to create meaningful representations of financial data for ongoing projects as required by management.
  • Perform the business budget and forecasting process for ongoing and future projects.
  • Manage the monthly/year-end closing and financial reporting process, analysis of operating results and budget versus actual reporting, including detailed explanations of variances.
  • Provide support for special projects' financial needs and ad hoc requests.
  • Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for current pipeline projects and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining of the cost accounting system, involving master data and project portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
